Project Management Coaching

Project Manager Foundations

From managing tasks to leading delivery.

For aspiring and newly appointed project managers developing professional confidence, judgement and leadership skills.

Overview

Why this programme exists

Moving into project management involves more than learning how to produce plans, reports and risk registers.

It means taking responsibility for outcomes, influencing people, managing competing priorities and making decisions when the answers are not always clear.

Project Manager Foundations helps aspiring and early-career project managers build the confidence, judgement and practical leadership skills needed to grow into the role.

The emphasis is on developing the person behind the project plan.
