I am an independent Project and Programme Manager who leads complex delivery and helps organisations recover projects that have lost direction.

Over more than two decades I have worked across technology and business change — bringing together people, plans, suppliers, risks and decisions so that delivery works in practice, not just on paper. I am often asked to step in where work spans several teams or suppliers, where governance needs strengthening, or where a sponsor needs an honest view of what is really happening.
